Legal assistance services must be provided by an attorney licensed to provide services in North Dakota or by a paralegal or law student under the direct supervision of an attorney licensed to provide services in North Dakota.

 

The contract entity must attempt to involve the private bar in legal assistance activities, including groups with the private bar providing services to older individuals on a pro bono and reduced fee basis.
